Local Review Body
Where a planning applicant wishes to appeal a decision made by a National Park Authority Planning Officer (a delegated decision), that appeal will be heard by the National Park Authority’s Local Review Body (LRB).
The LRB will convene as and when required to consider appeals, with a single session requiring the attendance of the Chair (or Deputy Chair in the Chair’s absence) and two Members from the list below.
