National Park Authority Board

The National Park Authority Board meets in public at least four times a year. Agendas and papers for meetings are posted on this website one week in advance.
 
The Board of the National Park Authority has 17 members and is made up as follows:
 
Five members elected by a postal ballot of the local electorate on 1 July 2010 for a period of four years:

Six members appointed by Scottish Ministers (following assessment of applicants in accordance with the rules issued by the Office of the Commissioner for Public Appointments in Scotland):
