Newsletter Contributors
Outline of volunteers tasks/responsibilities:
- To source articles/pictures of interest to National Park Volunteers
- Conduct interviews and take photos as necessary
- To set up an electronic template for the newsletter
- Collate and re-draft newsletter ready for distribution with programme
Skills, attitudes and experience needed:
- An interest in sharing your knowledge of the National Park and Volunteer Programme
- An ability to write in a plain and informative way with a good standard of grammar and spelling
- Previous similar experience desirable although not essential
- Confidence in talking to a wide variety of individuals

Where?
National Park Headquarters, Balloch (travel expenses will be covered). A computer within the National Park Headquarters will be made available on a hot desk basis.
It may be possible to do some of the role from home e.g. the computing/word processing but office based to make phone calls etc.
When?
Flexible: Monday to Friday for meetings, any day for researching/writing articles. Approximately 1 day a fortnight.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Looking for a minimum commitment of 6 months (one newsletter production).
Age restrictions:
Minimum age 18.
