Support for Land Managers

Supporting land managers is key to delivering the National Park Authority’s priorities of Conservation, Visitor Experience and Rural Development. Much of this support is delivered by our partner agencies, including Forestry Commission Scotland, Scottish Natural Heritage and the Scottish Government.

We also provide support to land managers in a variety of ways; in accordance with Article 15 of European Commission Regulation 1857/2006, this is primarily by:
  • organising education and training events or programmes
  • providing consultancy services
For further information on the support available to land managers to help deliver the National Park Authority’s priorities of Conservation, Visitor Experience and Rural Development download the following guidance document: Technical Support Service to Land Managers or contact us.
