Appeals and Reviews of Decisions
If you are aggrieved by
the decision of the National Park Authority to refuse planning permission or aggrieved with a
condition attached to the permission, you can make an appeal or have
the decision reviewed.
Where
decisions are made by the National Park Planning and Access Committee, appeals are made to the Scottish Government. Where decisions are made by a National Park Authority Planning Officer
(a delegated decision), that appeal will be heard by the National Park
Authority’s Local Review Body.
You can apply for an appeal or review via the Scottish Government ePlanning website.
You can also:
- View lodged appeals on the Directorate for Planning and Environmental Appeals website
- View lodged reviews with the National Park Authority on our website
