Draft Local Plan
During 2007 the National Park Authority engaged
with over 1000 people in the lead up to the preparation of the new Local Plan. Click here to see a summary of the information gathered from these Open Days.
We consulted on
our Local Plan Issues report in Spring 2008.
These community views, together
with national policy guidance and technical information, were used to inform
the National Parks’ first Draft Local Plan. We consulted on the Draft Local
Plan and accompanying documents from November 2008 to February 2009; these are
listed below.

Report on Consultation
Reponses
to the Draft Local Plan consultation were analysed and used to inform
preparation of the Finalised Draft Local Plan. We have prepared a report on this consultation which
presents all responses to the consultation along with our response to these.
