Payments for fees are processed via the Scottish Government ePlanning website - when you finalise your application submission you will be required to enter payment details through a secure payment system.
Payments for online planning fees are powered by WorldPay.

Refund policy
Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park Authority will issue a refund within 7 working days in the event of:- Incorrect application fee being submitted
- Application fails to become valid
