Householder Advice
New legislation came into force
on 6 February 2012 which alters your rights as a domestic householder to
undertake certain development works without the requirement for Planning
Permission. For details of the main changes click here.
We are compiling an advice leaflet giving guidance on how the legislation may affect you, this will be posted here as soon as it is available. In the mean time, please contact our Planning Department and we will advise you on any specific
proposals you may have.
Information to be Submitted with Detailed Applications (coming soon)
- Design and Access Statements
- Landscape Plans and Assessment
- Biodiversity and Species Survey Requirements
- Tree Protection and Survey Requirements
Proposals
which take full account of the advice are likely to be more easily processed by
the Park Authority.
