Planning Fees
You are required to pay a fee to the National
Park Authority for most planning applications. These fees are set by Scottish
Government and help to cover the costs associated with processing an
application.
The fee depends on the type and scale of the proposed development.
Some applications may also require an advertisement
fee of £130.
