Supplementary Planning Guidance
Supplementary Planning Guidance (SPG) covering a range of topics accompanies the Local Plan. SPGs are developed to supplement and support the Local Plan and relevant Planning Policy. SPGs which are adopted as supplementary planning policy will be a material consideration when determining applications for planning permission.
We have a number of SPGs which are at different stages of preparation and these are outline below.
