Pollution Awareness
Help us keep our loch waters as clean and environmentally sound as
possible by exercising care and avoiding spillage when refuelling your
boat or jet bike and adding oil to engines.
The abundance of wildlife found in the National Park can only
continue to exist if we show consideration to the natural environment.
Please also take litter home with you and leave nothing behind on
the shoreline or the water of any of the lochs and rivers of the Park, or the islands of Loch Lomond.
If you discover pollution or witness an incident, call the Scottish Environment Protection Agency’s pollution hotline on 0800 80 70 60. This line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For more information please visit www.sepa.org.uk/
